Mission statement
“Basically, I want to advocate for non-verbal people with autism who have not had the opportunity to learn to type using facilitated communication. When people watch me type, quite often they are surprised because of my lack of speech, my echolalia, and my body movements which all point to an intellectual disability, not an intelligent mind in a non-functional body. I want as many people as possible to see me so they can realize what a mistake they are making in judging intelligence by smooth movements and the ability to speak.”
